تتيح منصة أكلك (Aklk)، المطورة بواسطة 2B Online، للمستخدمين طلب حذف حساباتهم والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بها.
طريقة طلب حذف الحساب
لإرسال طلب حذف حسابك، راسلنا من رقم الهاتف أو البريد المرتبط بحسابك على:

اكتب في عنوان الرسالة:
طلب حذف حساب أكلك – Aklk Account Deletion Request
وأرسل المعلومات التالية:
• رقم الهاتف المرتبط بحساب أكلك.
• الاسم المسجل في الحساب.
• تأكيد رغبتك في حذف الحساب نهائيًا.
قد نتواصل معك للتحقق من ملكيتك للحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب، وذلك لحماية حسابات المستخدمين من طلبات الحذف غير المصرح بها.
ما البيانات التي يتم حذفها؟
عند قبول الطلب، يتم حذف الحساب والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به، مثل:
• الاسم وبيانات الملف الشخصي.
• رقم الهاتف وبيانات الاتصال.
• العناوين المحفوظة.
• بيانات الموقع المحفوظة المرتبطة بالحساب.
• البيانات الشخصية الأخرى التي لا يلزم الاحتفاظ بها.
البيانات التي قد نحتفظ بها
قد نحتفظ ببعض بيانات الطلبات أو المعاملات للمدة اللازمة للوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والمحاسبية، ومنع الاحتيال، وتسوية النزاعات، وحماية حقوق المستخدمين والمنصة. يتم تقييد استخدام هذه البيانات ولا تُستخدم لأغراض تسويقية بعد حذف الحساب.
مدة معالجة الطلب
تتم مراجعة طلبات حذف الحساب وتنفيذها خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا بعد التحقق من هوية صاحب الحساب.
يمكنك أيضًا طلب حذف الحساب من داخل تطبيق أكلك إذا كان خيار حذف الحساب متاحًا في إعدادات الحساب.

Aklk Account Deletion
Aklk, developed by 2B Online, allows users to request deletion of their accounts and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion
Send your request from the phone number or email associated with your account to:
[support@2bonline.net](mailto:support@2bonline.net)
Use the following subject:
Aklk Account Deletion Request
Include:
• The phone number associated with your Aklk account.
• The name registered on the account.
• Confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted.
We may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request to protect users against unauthorized deletion requests.
Data deleted with the account
After approval, we delete the account and associated personal information, including:
• Name and profile information.
• Phone number and contact information.
• Saved delivery addresses.
• Saved location information associated with the account.
• Other personal data that is not required to be retained.
Data that may be retained
Certain order or transaction records may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. Retained data is restricted and is not used for marketing after account deletion.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days after ownership verification.
Users may also request account deletion from within the Aklk app when the account-deletion option is available in account settings.
